NEWARK –
Two additional defendants in a scheme to obtain account information from Valley National Bank ATM customers in Nutley and Belleville have pleaded guilty in Newark Federal Court to aggravated identity theft and conspiracy to commit bank fraud.
Georgi Nikiforov, 25, entered his plea May 26 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Patty Shwartz, and last Wednesday, Lachezar Lazarov, 26, followed suit, appearing before the same bench.
