This township’s public schools’ chief is going on a permanent vacation July 1.
Frank Digesere, 61, a 37-year educator with two years to go on his contract as the district’s superintendent of schools, joins the growing ranks of New Jersey school administrators vacating career jobs as Gov. Chris Christie seeks to put a lid on big paydays for public employees in all sectors.
