Jozefa Krysiak
Jozefa Krysiak, (nee Drezek), 74, of Lyndhurst, formerly of Harrison and Poland, died on Wednesday, June 1.
The funeral was conducted from the Mulligan Funeral Home, 331 Cleveland Ave., Harrison, on Saturday, June 4. A funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Harrison. Interment was in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
Jozefa was a member of the Rosary Society and a parishioner at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, Harrison, for many years.
Jozefa is survived by her daughter Hanna Roberts and her sons John, Richard and his wife Hanna. She is also survived by her grandchildren Joshua, Kaitlyn, Olivia, Kaia and James; her sisters Helena Czizewska and Janina Kowalczuk and many nieces and nephews and their families.
She was predeceased by her husband Boleslaw and her brothers Jan and Stanislaw Drezek.
Lydia McDonald
Lydia McDonald, 91, (nee Stagg) of Cedar Grove, formerly of Kearny, died on Friday, June 3.

Lydia is survived by her children John McDonald and Robyn, Philip and his wife Colleen; her grandchildren Sean, Alana and Patrick McDonald; and her great-grandchildren Justin, Leah and Logan. She was predeceased by her husband John McDonald Sr., her daughter Helen McDonald, her son Robert McDonald, and her sister Lorraine DeRocker.
Antonio Parada
Antonio Parada died on June 5 in Robert Wood Johnson Hospital. He was 61. Born in Spain, he lived in Hazlet before moving to Union eight months ago. He was a plant manager for Allen Flavors in Edison.
He is survived by his wife Isabel Parada (nee Ferreira); his children Lisa Mautone (Robert), Joyce, Anthony and Gina Parada; siblings Jose, Francisco, Manny, Andres and Vincente Parada, and Maria Dios and two grandchildren Alessandro and Antonia.
Arrangements were by the Wilfred Armitage and Wiggins Funeral, 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny. A funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Newark. Entombment was in Holy Cross Cemetery in North Arlington. Jonathan Chundak Jr.
Jonathan “Big Dog” Chundak Jr. died on June 10 in Clara Maass Medical Center, Belleville. He was 63.
Arrangements were by the Wilfred Armitage and Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, followed by a private cremation.
Born in East Orange, Jonathan lived in Bloomfield before moving to Kearny 23 years ago.
He was the owner of Kearny Rare Coins and Collectables and was a writer for the Observer newspaper and a member of the Nutley Numismatics.
Jonathan is survived by his brothers Robert P. Chundak and Michael M. Chundak, Sr. and his wife Angela; his nephew Michael M. Jr. and Annmarie V. Chundak.
