KFD rescues injured cat stuck in a tree

The Kearny Fire Department rescued an injured cat that got stuck in a tree last Sunday. Here are a few photos, courtesy of Skyler Whitehead, who was on the scene to photograph the rescue. Unfortunately, we hear the cat got away before it could be treated for its eye injuries [you’ll see the cat’s eye was in really bad shape].

You’ll also find a video of the rescue that Whitehead shot. Please note some of the imagery may be disturbing to some viewers.
