Christopher F. Deraval
Christopher F. Deraval, 70, died Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020.
Born in New York City, he was raised in Brooklyn, he lived in Manhattan, Randolph and North Arlington before moving to Kearny 35 years ago.
He worked as a research chemist for Drew Chemical in Boonton for over 30 years before retiring eight years ago.
Christopher was the beloved husband for 28 years of Barbara (nee Berger); the loving brother of Barbara Doherty and her husband Kevin, Joan Deraval and John Deraval and his wife Ronnie; the cherished uncle of Tommy Doherty, Jenny Kinsella and her husband Neil and Paul Deraval and his wife Melissa; the adored great-uncle of Kaelyn and Dylan Kinsella; and the dear brother-in-law of Walter Berger, Warren Berger and his wife Laura and Kathleen Berger.
Private services were under the direction of the Parow Funeral Home, North Arlington.
