The Observer has obtained police dashcam video footage of the Oct. 21, 2020, reported drunken-driving arrest of Erika Jacho, a school board trustee, in Belleville. The arrest took place in Belleville. We’ll have more on this story — but please take note, it appears Jacho uses a lot of foul language throughout the video. Also note, there’s not much audio until around 11 minutes in — that’s where it really picks up.
