Extreme Risk Protection Order webinar is Dec. 6

Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella will host a virtual town hall meeting on “Extreme Risk Protection Orders” (ERPOs) Monday, Dec. 6, at 2 pm.

The free webinar will explain how an Extreme Risk Protective Order may be filed against a person who is an “immediate and present danger to her/himself or others and who owns, receives, purchases or has custody or control of a firearm.”

Musella and Assistant Prosecutor Tom Osadnick will discuss the public’s ability to file ERPOs and the procedures for doing so.
