A local realtor recently completed a commercial transaction for more than $4 million.
Century 21 Semiao & Associates Commercial Division announced Maggie Abdo-Manno, a broker and realtor, closed one of the largest commercial transactions Century 21 Semiao & Associates has ever closed as Abdo-Manno listed and sold a property for $4.1 million at 243-245 Route 46 West, Saddle Brook.
The retail sale consisted of four buildings over 2.49 acres with “great income potential and parking for more than 150 cars.” This property is in the heart of Saddle Brook with access to all major highways and a high traffic location.
“This is an amazing milestone in Maggie’s career with Century 21 Semiao & Associates which spans over 15 years. She has worked hard to achieve her goals and has taken this industry by storm,” Fernando G. Semiao, the owner of the agency, said.
