Knights hosting pasta dinner later this month

The Queen of Peace Knights of Columbus sponsor a pasta dinner Tuesday, May 24, beginning at 6 p.m., with proceeds from the event being donated to the Knights’ 2022 Special Needs Drive. The menu includes pasta, meatballs, bread, salad and dessert for $15 for adults and $10 for children. You may dine in or order takeaway by calling (201) 988-0183 by making reservations by Sunday, May 22. The Knights also ask all attending to consider donating a non-perishable, non-expiring can good for the Knights Food for Families Project.

Meanwhile, the Knights are donating the proceeds from its last Sunday breakfast to the Knights Ukraine fund, Grand Knight Bill Mackey says.

“The Knights in Poland have turned their halls into refugee centers to assist those families (women, children, the elderly) who fled Ukraine to safety with shelter, food, clothing, medical care, etc.,” Mackey said. “May God help that brave country.”
