Lyndhurst Woman’s Club supports overseas troops

The Woman’s Club of Lyndhurst supported the New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs of GFWC by partnering with “Operation Yellow Ribbon” and “Operation Jersey Cares” and participating in “Operation Holiday Stocking.” Members filled 36 holiday stocking with various supplies and goodies that will be shipped overseas to active duty U.S. troops. The New Jersey State Federation of Women’s Clubs says it is hoping to make military servicemen and women overseas feel the warmth of home by sending them these filled Christmas stockings.
