Jose Rodrigues was sworn in as Kearny’s new Second Ward councilman by Mayor Carol Jean Doyle with County Executive Craig Guy looking on after garnering unanimous approval from the town’s governing body this evening. He replaces Rich Konopka, who resigned two weeks ago. We will have much more on this developing story in the coming days.
